My partner and I focused our Project 3 around the 'Watch Later' option. The mental model of our for our redesign was based around the 'Favorite' button on Twitter. We believe that by providing the user with a button that had the exact same function has one with which they are most likely already familiar, we would create a more efficient way to save videos for later.
In contrast to the mental model, the implementation model would focus on the programming aspect of the button making sure there would be no bugs or glitches in the code before it went live.
