The reason why I choose this is the user can easily know how to use it. At the top of the website, there are two search bars which can gain you information directly. Also, you can select the kind of food you want and method you get food at the filter it provides. These are well-marked at prominent positions which can lead customers to get what they need easily. Therefore, I think this is an obvious design.
